Corrections policy

If we have published something incorrect, we want to know. We correct factual errors at the top of the affected article with a dated note. For database audit data, we publish the underlying audit dates and methodology in each piece.

Pitch policy

We do accept outside pitches from credentialed contributors (RD, RDN, MS Nutrition, MPH-Nutrition, CSCS-with-vegan-experience). Pitches should include a one-paragraph summary, suggested length, and one clip. We do not pay competitive rates and we say so up front; the publication is reader-supported and the budget is modest.

What we do not accept

• Sponsored content, paid placement, paid reviews, or affiliate-link insertions.
• Press releases as editorial content.
• Pitches from public-relations firms representing supplement, app, or food brands.
• Reciprocal-link requests from low-quality content farms.
